4. Setup & Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your QWORK Acrylic Display Stand:

  1. Prepare Components: Carefully remove all acrylic panels and support posts from the packaging. Peel off the protective film from both sides of each acrylic panel.
  2. Attach First Level: Take one acrylic shelf panel (this will be the bottom shelf). Attach four short acrylic support posts to the underside of the panel using the provided screws and screwdriver. Ensure they are securely fastened but do not overtighten.
  3. Build Subsequent Levels: Place the next acrylic shelf panel on top of the four short posts you just attached. Secure it by screwing into the top of the posts. Repeat this process, adding four short posts and then an acrylic shelf panel, for the next three levels.
  4. Attach Top Level: For the fifth and final level, attach four short acrylic support posts to the underside of the top shelf panel.
  5. Install Long Support Posts: Identify the side of the stand where the long support posts will be placed (typically the tallest side for a tiered arrangement). Attach the four long acrylic support posts to the designated holes on the side of the assembled structure, securing them with screws. These posts provide additional stability and height for the back of the display.
  6. Final Check: Once all components are assembled, gently shake the stand to ensure all connections are secure and the stand is stable.
