2. Safety Instructions

Please read all safety instructions carefully before using this appliance and keep this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Always plug the appliance directly into a wall outlet. Never use with an extension cord or power strip.
• Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug. Discard fan or return to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
• Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
• To disconnect the fan, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

1. Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Remove any protective films or packaging materials from the unit.
3. Place the unit on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 30 cm (12 inches) of clear space around the unit for proper airflow.

4.2 Filter Installation (if not pre-installed)

The H13 HEPA and Activated Carbon Filter is crucial for the air purification function. Ensure it is correctly installed before first use.

1. Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Locate the filter compartment, usually at the base of the unit. Refer to the diagram below for guidance.
3. Twist or unlatch the cover to open the filter compartment.
4. Insert the H13 HEPA filter into the compartment, ensuring it is seated correctly. The filter typically has an arrow indicating the correct orientation.
5. Close and secure the filter compartment cover.

5. Operating Instructions

The Ocean Loong 3-in-1 appliance can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the included remote control.

5.1 Control Panel Overview

The control panel is located on the front of the unit and typically includes buttons for Power, Mode, Speed, Oscillation, and Timer.

5.2 Remote Control

The remote control allows you to operate all functions from a distance of up to 10 meters. Ensure the remote control has working batteries (not included, typically AAA).

5.3 Basic Operation

1. Power On/Off: Press the Power button to turn the unit on or off.
2. Mode Selection: Press the Mode button to cycle through Fan (cooling), Heater (heating), and Air Purifier modes.
   • Fan Mode: Provides cooling airflow with 9 adjustable speeds.
   • Heater Mode: Provides rapid heating. Features 3 heating settings (e.g., Low, Medium, High).
   • Air Purifier Mode: Activates the H13 HEPA filter for air cleaning.
3. Speed Adjustment: In Fan or Air Purifier mode, press the Speed button to adjust the airflow speed from 1 to 9.
4. Oscillation: Press the Oscillation button to activate or deactivate the 120° horizontal oscillation. The unit also features a 210° manual tilt head for vertical airflow adjustment.
5. Timer Setting: Press the Timer button to set the auto-off timer from 1 to 9 hours. Each press increases the timer by one hour.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your appliance. Always unplug the unit before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

6.1 Cleaning the Unit

• Wipe the exterior surfaces of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• The bladeless design makes it easy to clean; simply wipe the air outlet loop and base.
• Ensure no water enters the internal components.
• Allow the unit to dry completely before plugging it back in.

6.2 Filter Replacement

The H13 HEPA and Activated Carbon Filter should be replaced every 6-12 months, depending on usage and air quality. A dirty filter can reduce the purification efficiency and airflow.
