Important Safety Information
Always follow basic safety precautions when using gas appliances to reduce the risk of fire, explosion, or injury.
- For outdoor use only. Do not operate indoors.
- Keep the appliance area clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline, and other flammable vapors and liquids.
- Do not obstruct the flow of combustion and ventilation air.
- Always connect the propane tank outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
- Check for gas leaks before each use.
- Keep children and pets away from the hot oven.

Setup Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the "Product Components" section are present.
- Placement: Place the pizza oven on a stable, level, non-combustible surface outdoors. Ensure adequate clearance from combustible materials (at least 3 feet from sides and back, 10 feet from overhead). The non-slip rubber feet will help secure the unit.
- Propane Tank Connection:
- Ensure the heat control dial on the oven is in the "OFF" position.
- Connect the regulator to a standard 20 lb. liquid propane (LP) tank. Hand-tighten firmly.
- Open the LP tank valve slowly.
- Perform a leak test: Apply a soapy water solution to all connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. If a leak is detected, close the LP tank valve and tighten connections. Repeat the test. If the leak persists, do not use the oven and contact customer support.

Operating Instructions
Ignition and Preheating
- Ensure the LP tank valve is open.
- Push and turn the heat control dial to the "HIGH" position.
- Immediately press and hold the igniter button until the burner ignites. You should hear a click and see flames.
- Once ignited, continue holding the dial for a few seconds to ensure the flame is stable, then release.
- Allow the oven to preheat for approximately 15-20 minutes to reach optimal cooking temperatures (up to 900°F), as indicated by the built-in temperature gauge.

Cooking Pizza
- Prepare your 12-inch pizza on a pizza peel.
- Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated cordierite pizza stone inside the oven.
- Monitor the pizza closely. Cooking times are typically 3-5 minutes due to high temperatures.
- Use the rotation knob to manually turn the pizza stone 360 degrees for even cooking and a perfectly crispy crust.
- Once cooked to your preference, carefully remove the pizza using a pizza peel.

Using the Smoker Box
The integrated rear access smoker box allows you to add wood-fired flavor to your pizzas or other dishes.
- Open the rear access smoker box cover.
- Fill the smoker box with a small amount of wood chips (not included). Do not overfill.
- Close the smoker box cover. The heat from the oven will cause the wood chips to smoke, infusing your food with flavor.

Maintenance and Care
Cleaning
- Allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning.
- Pizza Stone: Scrape off any excess food with a spatula. For stubborn residue, heat the stone in the oven for an hour after cooking to burn off food, then brush clean. Do not use soap or water on the cordierite stone as it is porous and will absorb liquids.
- Exterior: Wipe down stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
- Burner: Periodically inspect the burner ports for blockages. Use a wire brush to clean if necessary.
Storage
When not in use, store the pizza oven in a dry, protected area. Disconnect the propane tank and store it separately in a well-ventilated outdoor space.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Burner fails to ignite | No gas flow; clogged burner; faulty igniter | Check propane tank connection and valve; clean burner ports; check igniter electrode. |
| Low flame or uneven heat | Low gas pressure; clogged burner ports; regulator issue | Ensure propane tank is not empty; clean burner; check regulator for damage. |
| Pizza burning on one side | Insufficient rotation; uneven heat distribution | Ensure consistent use of the rotation knob; allow longer preheat time. |
