2. Important Safety Instructions

3.1 Main Unit Features:

4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Unpacking

• Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
• Check that all listed accessories are present and in good condition.

4.2 Cleaning Before First Use

• Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
• Clean all accessories (chicken fork, rolling cage, mesh baskets, drip tray) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
• Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.

4.3 Placement

• Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
• Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for adequate ventilation.

4.4 Initial Burn-Off (Optional but Recommended)

• Plug the air fryer into a grounded wall outlet.
• Run the appliance empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight smell or smoke may occur, which is normal. Ensure good ventilation during this process.
• Allow the appliance to cool down completely before proceeding.

5.1 Control Panel Overview

The air fryer features an intuitive LCD touchscreen. The main controls include:

• Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off and starts/pauses cooking.
• Menu Button: Cycles through the preset cooking programs.
• Temperature/Time Adjustment Buttons (+/-): Used to increase or decrease cooking temperature and time.
• Rotation Mode Button (Roll): Activates/deactivates the 360° rotation for accessories like the rolling cage or rotisserie.
• Light Button: Turns the interior light on/off.
• Lock Button: Locks the control panel to prevent accidental changes during operation.

5.2 Basic Operation Steps

1. Prepare Food: Place your food inside the appropriate accessory (e.g., mesh basket, rolling cage, rotisserie spit).
2. Insert Accessory: Carefully slide the accessory into the air fryer's cooking chamber. Ensure the drip tray is at the bottom.
3. Close Door: Close the air fryer door securely.
4. Power On: Press the Power button to turn on the appliance.
5. Select Program: Press the Menu button to cycle through the 10 preset programs.
6. Adjust Settings: If needed, use the Temperature/Time adjustment buttons to modify the default temperature and cooking time for the selected program.

To use the rotisserie for a whole chicken or other large items:

• Secure the food onto the chicken fork/rotisserie spit.
• Insert the rotisserie spit into the designated slots inside the air fryer.
• Select a suitable program or set temperature/time manually.
• Press the Rotation Mode button to activate the 360° rotation for even cooking.

The ZACHVO Air Fryer offers 10 carefully developed preset programs for various cooking preferences. Refer to the appliance's display for specific program icons and default settings. Common programs include:

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
