3. Setup and Installation

Important Notes on Compatibility:

• If your car's original radio antenna port is different, an adapter cable may be required.
• For vehicles with a 4:3 or 7-inch screen with 12-pin plug or navigation drive, an extension cable (XTRONS EXL005) is needed.
• If your factory radio has a DSP (Digital Sound Processing) button, an extension cable (XTRONS EXL007) is required.
• If your car has a fiber optic amplifier system, an adapter (XTRONS FBR01) is required.
• For Rover 75 (1999-2005) and MG ZT (2001-2005), trimming of the unit may be necessary.
• If your radio harness is 17-pin (round pins), an ISO wiring harness adapter may be needed.
• If there is a blue 10-pin plug in your car, a specific cable (XTRONS ICE/CE/BMWMD9F01) is needed.

The unit supports various smartphone integration methods. Please note that only one of these functions can be used at a time.
