4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Keyboard

Before first use, fully charge your MOKIBO keyboard.

  1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the side of the keyboard.

4.2. Power On/Off

The keyboard features an automatic power on/off function when used with its smart cover.

  • Power On: Open the smart cover to automatically power on the keyboard.
  • Power Off: Close the smart cover to automatically power off the keyboard.

4.3. Bluetooth Pairing

The MOKIBO keyboard can be paired with up to three devices via Bluetooth.

  1. Ensure the keyboard is powered on.
  2. On your device (tablet, smartphone, computer), go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
  3. On the MOKIBO keyboard, press and hold the Fn key and one of the Bluetooth channel keys (F9, F10, or F11) for 2-3 seconds until the corresponding Bluetooth indicator light starts blinking. This puts the keyboard into pairing mode.
  4. On your device, search for available Bluetooth devices. You should see "Mokibo Fusion Keyboard" or a similar name appear in the list.
  5. Select the keyboard from the list to complete the pairing process. The indicator light on the keyboard will stop blinking and remain solid when successfully connected.
  6. Repeat these steps for up to two additional devices using different Bluetooth channel keys (F9, F10, F11).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Keyboard Mode

The MOKIBO keyboard provides a comfortable and familiar typing experience similar to a standard laptop keyboard.

  • Simply type as you would on any QWERTY keyboard.
  • The keyboard automatically detects when you are typing and switches to keyboard mode.

5.2. Trackpad Mode & Gestures

The entire keyboard surface functions as a large trackpad. When you are not typing, the keyboard automatically switches to trackpad mode.

Common gestures include:

  • Cursor Movement: Slide one finger across the key surface to move the cursor.
  • Left Click: Tap once with one finger, or press the red "mokibo" key.
  • Right Click: Tap once with two fingers, or press Fn + red "mokibo" key.
  • Scroll: Slide two fingers up or down to scroll vertically.
  • Zoom In/Out: Pinch with two fingers to zoom.
  • Three-Finger Swipe: Optimized for OS-specific functions (e.g., switching apps, showing desktop).
  • Three-Finger Tap: Access the Dock on iPadOS.
