Important Safety Instructions

Setup

3. Assembly: Place the clean oil tank into the main unit. Insert the frying basket into the oil tank. Ensure the lid is properly seated on the main unit.
4. Fill with Oil: Fill the removable oil tank with cooking oil up to the maximum fill line indicated inside the tank. Do not overfill or underfill.
5. Placement: Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and flammable materials. Ensure adequate ventilation.

Operating Instructions

Frying Process

1. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
2. Set Temperature: Turn the temperature dial to your desired cooking temperature (e.g., 170°C for fries). The 'Ready' indicator light will illuminate when the oil reaches the set temperature.
3. Preheat: Allow the oil to preheat for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until the 'Ready' light indicates the correct temperature.
4. Add Food: Carefully lower the frying basket containing your food into the hot oil. Do not overload the basket. The fryer has a capacity for up to 1.2 kg of chicken nuggets or 650 g of frozen fries.
5. Set Timer: Use the timer dial to set the desired cooking time (up to 30 minutes). The fryer will automatically turn off when the timer expires.
6. Monitor Cooking: Utilize the extra-large anti-fog viewing window to monitor the cooking progress without lifting the lid.
7. Remove Food: Once cooking is complete, carefully lift the frying basket and allow excess oil to drain. Serve immediately.

Maintenance and Cleaning

1. Cool Down: Always allow the fryer and oil to cool completely before cleaning. This can take several hours.
2. Drain Oil: Once cooled, carefully drain the oil from the removable tank. You may filter the oil for reuse if desired.
3. Dishwasher Safe Parts: The removable oil tank, lid, frying basket, aluminum filter, filter cover, and excess oil recovery tray are all dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

4. Hand Wash: For parts not suitable for the dishwasher, wash with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
5. Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
6. Storage: Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling and storing the fryer in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

• Fryer does not turn on:
