Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your BALILA CM100 system for your conference:

1. Connect the Speakerphone to Your Computer

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the BALILA CM100 speakerphone.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to an available USB-C port on your computer. If your computer only has USB-A ports, use the included USB-C to USB-A adapter.
3. The speakerphone will power on automatically.

2. Connect Wireless Microphone Receivers

1. Insert the 3.5mm jack of each wireless microphone receiver (RX) into the available 3.5mm sockets around the perimeter of the speakerphone unit.
2. You can use one, some, or all five receivers depending on your meeting needs.

3. Power On Wireless Microphones (Transmitters)

1. Press and hold the power button on each wireless microphone transmitter (TX) until the indicator light turns green.
2. The transmitters and receivers are pre-paired. A solid green light on both the transmitter and its corresponding receiver indicates a successful connection.
3. Clip the transmitters to your clothing, ideally close to your mouth for optimal voice pickup.

4. Software Configuration (e.g., Zoom)

1. Join your Zoom meeting.
