6. Setup and Basic Operation

6.1. Setting Time and Calendar

3. Press MODE (Button B) to move to the next setting (minutes, year, month, date, day of week).
4. Use START (Button D) to adjust each value.

2. Press SET (Button A) to select the alarm you wish to set (A1-A8).
3. Press and hold SET (Button A) until the hour digits flash.
4. Use START (Button D) to adjust the hour, then MODE (Button B) to move to minutes and adjust with START (Button D).
5. Press SET (Button A) to confirm the alarm time.
6. To set the alarm type (sound, vibration, or both), press RESET (Button C) while in Alarm Mode (not setting). Cycle through: 'BEEP' (sound), 'VIBRA' (vibration), or 'BEEP+VIBRA' (both).
7. To turn an individual alarm ON/OFF, press START (Button D) while in Alarm Mode (not setting).

7.2. Stopwatch Mode

To use the stopwatch function:

1. From Time Mode, press MODE (Button B) repeatedly until 'ST' appears on the display.

3. Press START (Button D) again to pause/resume.
4. Press RESET (Button C) to reset the stopwatch to zero.

7.3. Countdown Timer Mode

To use the countdown timer:
