Setup
- Unpack the Robot: Remove the robot and all accessories from the packaging. Remove any protective films or packing materials from the robot and charging dock.
- Place the Charging Dock: Position the charging dock against a wall in an open area with good Wi-Fi signal. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of the dock. Plug the power cord into the dock and a power outlet.
- Charge the Robot: Place the robot on the charging dock. Ensure the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the dock. The robot will power on automatically and begin charging. Fully charge the robot before its first use.
- Download the Dreamehome App: Scan the QR code in the quick start guide or search for "Dreamehome" in your app store to download and install the app.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow the in-app instructions to connect your D10s Pro to your home Wi-Fi network. This enables smart control features.
