Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the jars, lids, and blades with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
3. Placement: Place the mixer grinder base unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface, away from heat sources and water. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
4. Power Connection: Ensure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position before plugging the appliance into a suitable 230V AC power outlet.
5. Jar Assembly:
   • Select the appropriate jar for your task (wet, dry, or chutney).
   • Ensure the blade assembly is securely fitted at the bottom of the jar.
   • Place the ingredients into the jar. Do not overfill; ensure ingredients are below the maximum fill line.
   • Securely place the lid on the jar.
   • Place the assembled jar onto the motor unit, aligning the locking tabs. Turn the jar clockwise until it locks firmly into position.

Important: Before the first use and if using after a long time, please check to see if the motor shaft rotates smoothly, and also the jars should be checked for free movement.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your mixer grinder:

1. Preparation: Ensure the mixer grinder is properly set up as described in the "Setup" section.
2. Loading Ingredients: Add your ingredients to the chosen jar. For best results, cut large ingredients into smaller pieces. Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the jar.
3. Securing the Jar: Place the lid firmly on the jar and ensure the jar is securely locked onto the motor unit.
4. Power On: Plug the mixer grinder into the power outlet.
5. Speed Selection: The mixer grinder features 3 speed settings.
   • Turn the knob to speed 1 for slow grinding/blending.
   • Turn the knob to speed 2 for medium grinding/blending.
   • Turn the knob to speed 3 for fast grinding/blending.
   • Use the 'Pulse' function (if available, typically by briefly turning the knob to a specific position and releasing) for short bursts of power, ideal for coarse grinding or mixing.
6. Operation: Start with the lowest speed and gradually increase as needed. Do not operate continuously for more than 3-5 minutes. Allow a cooling period of 2-3 minutes between cycles.
7. Stopping: Once the desired consistency is achieved, turn the speed knob to the 'OFF' position. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
8. Removing Jar: Wait for the blades to completely stop rotating. Unlock the jar by turning it counter-clockwise and carefully lift it off the motor unit.
9. Serving: Remove the lid and use the spatula to scrape out the processed ingredients.

Caution: Never open the lid or attempt to remove the jar while the motor is running.

• Before Cleaning: Always ensure the appliance is switched off and unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning.
