1. Important Safety Information

3. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your Hbada P7 Office Chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base until they click securely into place.
2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base. Ensure it sits firmly.
3. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it with the provided screws, ensuring the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the left and right armrests to the underside of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Ensure they are oriented correctly.
5. Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the mounting points on the seat cushion and armrests. Secure it with the appropriate screws.
6. Attach Headrest: Slide the headrest into the designated slot at the top of the backrest.
7. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism aligns with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly to secure.

4. Operating Instructions

Your Hbada P7 chair offers multiple adjustment features for personalized comfort.

4.1. Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height (range: 44-54 cm), pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. To raise the seat, lift your weight off the chair while pulling the lever. To lower the seat, remain seated and pull the lever.

4.2. Recline Function

The chair can recline from 109° to 135°. Pull the lever on the left side of the seat outwards to unlock the recline. Lean back to your desired angle and push the lever inwards to lock the position. To return to an upright position, unlock the recline and lean forward slightly.

4.3. Headrest Adjustment

The headrest can be adjusted vertically by 10 cm and rotated by 40° to support your neck and head comfortably. Gently push or pull the headrest to adjust its height and angle.

4.4. Lumbar Support Adjustment

The 2D lumbar support can be adjusted vertically by 4.5 cm and horizontally (front-to-back) by 4 cm to provide optimal lower back support. Use the knob or lever on the backrest to fine-tune its position.

4.5. 3D Armrest Adjustment

The armrests offer multi-directional adjustment: 7.5 cm vertical height adjustment, 6.5 cm front-to-back movement, and 40° rotation. Use the buttons or levers on the armrests to adjust them to your preferred position.

4.6. Swivel Function

The chair features a 360° swivel function, allowing for easy movement and access to your workspace.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will prolong the life and appearance of your office chair.

• Cleaning: For mesh fabric, gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals. For plastic and metal parts, wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
• Tightening: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as necessary to prevent wobbling and ensure safety.
• Casters: Keep casters clean from hair and debris to ensure smooth rolling.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading and material degradation.
