3. Safety Information
- Do not look directly into the light beam: The high intensity light can cause temporary vision impairment or eye damage.
- Secure Mounting: Ensure the light is securely mounted to prevent it from falling off during riding.
- Water Resistance: The light is IPX6 waterproof. This means it is protected against high-pressure water jets from any direction. It is not designed for submersion. Always ensure the USB charging port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.
- Charging: Use only the provided USB cable or a certified Type-C cable for charging. Do not attempt to charge with damaged cables or chargers.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the light to extreme temperatures.
- Disassembly: Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the light. This will void the warranty and may cause damage or injury.

5. Setup
5.1 Mounting the Light
- Select a suitable position on your bicycle handlebar.
- Attach the silicone mounting bracket to the handlebar using the provided rubber bands. Ensure it is tight and stable.
- Slide the ROCKBROS RHL400 front light onto the mounting bracket until it clicks securely into place.
- Adjust the angle of the light to ensure optimal illumination of the path ahead without blinding oncoming traffic.
5.2 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the light.
- Locate the Type-C USB charging port on the light, usually covered by a rubber flap.
- Open the rubber flap and insert the provided Type-C USB cable.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter, power bank).
- The indicator light on the device will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
- Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and securely close the rubber flap to maintain IPX6 water resistance.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power ON/OFF
- To turn the light ON: Press and hold the power button for approximately 1.5 seconds.
- To turn the light OFF: Press and hold the power button for approximately 1.5 seconds.
6.2 Changing Light Modes
- Once the light is ON, a single short press of the power button will cycle through the four available modes: High Light → Medium Light → Low Light → Burst Flashing.
- The light features a memory mode, meaning it will power on in the last used mode.
6.3 Battery Indicator
The indicator light on the device provides information about the battery status:
- Solid Green: Battery is sufficiently charged.
- Solid Red: Battery is low and requires charging.
- Flashing Red: Battery is critically low.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the light body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Charging Port: Always ensure the Type-C USB charging port cover is securely closed when not charging to prevent water and dust ingress.
- Storage: Store the light in a cool, dry place when not in use. For long-term storage, charge the battery to approximately 50% every 3-6 months to prolong battery life.
- Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently, as this can reduce its lifespan.
