Setup
1. Unpacking and Placement
Remove all packaging materials from the robot and the self-emptying station. Place the self-emptying station against a wall on a hard, level surface, ensuring there is adequate space around it (at least 0.5 meters on both sides and 1.5 meters in front) for the robot to dock easily.
2. Initial Charging
Connect the self-emptying station to a power outlet. Place the Neakasa N3 robot onto the charging contacts of the station. Ensure the robot is properly aligned and charging. For first-time use, fully charge the robot before operation.
3. App Download and Connection
Download the "Neakasa Smart App" from your mobile device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your Neakasa N3 robot to your home Wi-Fi network. This app allows for advanced control and customization.
4. Initial Mapping (LiDAR Navigation)
Once connected, initiate a mapping run through the Neakasa Smart App. The robot will use its 14th Generation LiDAR Navigation system to create a detailed map of your home. This map is crucial for efficient cleaning, obstacle avoidance, and setting up features like No-Go Zones.

Operating Instructions
1. Cleaning Modes: Sweep, Mop & Vacuum 3-in-1
The Neakasa N3 can perform sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping simultaneously.
- Vacuuming: Utilizes powerful suction to pick up dirt and debris.
- Sweeping: Side brushes sweep debris into the path of the main brush and suction inlet.
- Mopping: The built-in electric mopping system controls water flow from the 300ml water tank to the mop cloth, ensuring optimal wetness for floor cleaning.

2. Suction Power Adjustment
The Neakasa N3 offers four adjustable suction levels to suit different cleaning needs and floor types.
- Max Mode: 4000Pa for deep cleaning.
- Strong Mode: 2500Pa for tougher dirt.
- Standard Mode: 1500Pa for daily cleaning.
- Quiet Mode: 650Pa for quiet operation.
The robot also features Carpet Auto Boost Technology, which automatically increases suction power when it detects a carpet for more effective deep cleaning.

The Neakasa N3 also supports voice commands through Alexa and Google Assistant for convenient hands-free operation.
4. Battery Life and Coverage
Equipped with a high-capacity 5200 mAh battery, the Neakasa N3 provides up to 320 minutes of continuous cleaning, covering an area of approximately 2150 sqft on a single charge. The robot automatically returns to its charging station when cleaning is complete or when the battery is low.
Maintenance
1. Self-Emptying Dustbin
The Neakasa N3 automatically transfers collected dirt from its internal dust box to the 2.5L dust bag within the self-emptying station. This allows for up to 7 weeks of hands-free operation before the dust bag needs replacement.

2. Dust Box and Water Tank Cleaning
Regularly empty and clean the robot's internal 250ml dust box. The 300ml water tank should be emptied and rinsed after each mopping session to prevent mold and odors.
3. Filter Maintenance
Clean the HEPA filter regularly using the provided cleaning brush. Replace the HEPA filter every 3-6 months, or as needed, to maintain optimal suction performance.
4. Brush Cleaning
Inspect and clean the main brush and side brushes weekly. Remove any tangled hair or debris using the cleaning brush tool. Replace worn brushes as necessary.
5. Sensor Cleaning
Wipe the cliff sensors, wall sensors, and charging contacts with a clean, dry cloth periodically to ensure proper navigation and charging.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Neakasa N3, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Robot not charging: Ensure the charging contacts on both the robot and the station are clean and free of debris. Verify the power cord is securely plugged into the station and the wall outlet.
- Robot stuck or lost: Clear any obstacles from the robot's path. If the robot frequently gets stuck, consider setting up No-Go Zones in the app. If the map is lost, try re-mapping your home.
- Poor suction: Check if the dust box is full and empty it. Clean or replace the HEPA filter. Ensure the main brush and side brushes are free of tangles.
- Mopping not effective: Ensure the water tank is filled and the mop cloth is properly attached and clean. Adjust the water level setting in the app.
- App connectivity issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is stable and the robot is within range. Restart the robot and your router, then attempt to reconnect via the app.
- Unusual noises: Inspect the main brush, side brushes, and wheels for any foreign objects or debris that might be causing the noise.
