Setup
1. Charging the Battery
The camera is equipped with a 9600mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Before initial use, fully charge the camera using the provided micro USB cable and power adapter. A full charge can provide up to 90 days of security, depending on usage. The battery is designed for approximately 300 charge cycles or 2 years of use and cannot be replaced by the user.
2. App Download and Account Creation
Download the SYLVANIA App from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android). Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and log in.
3. Camera Pairing
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. The camera requires a 2.4GHz network for connectivity.
- Open the SYLVANIA App and select the option to add a new device.
- Follow the in-app instructions to put the camera into pairing mode. This usually involves pressing a reset button or power button for a few seconds until an indicator light flashes.

2. Motion Detection and Alerts
The camera is equipped with a human detection sensor. Configure motion detection sensitivity and alert preferences within the SYLVANIA App. When motion is detected, the camera can send instant notifications to your smartphone. 3. Recording and Storage
