  1. Prepare the Bag: Cut a vacuum bag to the desired length using the built-in cutter (if using a roll). Ensure the bag is clean and dry.
  2. Place Food: Put the food item into the vacuum bag, leaving at least 3 inches of space from the top edge.
  3. Position the Bag: Open the lid of the vacuum sealer. Place the open end of the bag flat into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it is fully within the chamber and not covering the air intake.
  4. Close and Lock: Close the lid firmly until both side latches click into place.
  5. Select Mode: Press the desired mode button (e.g., 'Dry' for dry foods, 'Wet' for moist foods, 'Gentle' for delicate items). For a standard vacuum and seal, press 'Vac Seal'.
  6. Start Operation: The machine will automatically vacuum the air and then seal the bag. The indicator light will show the progress.
  7. Release and Remove: Once the process is complete, the indicator light will turn off. Press the release buttons on the sides to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

Understanding Operating Modes:

  • Seal: Seals the bag without vacuuming. Useful for creating custom-sized bags from a roll or sealing bags that do not require vacuuming.
  • Dry: Standard vacuum and seal for dry food items.
  • Wet: Optimized vacuum and seal for moist or juicy food items.
  • Gentle: Reduces vacuum pressure for delicate foods to prevent crushing.
  • Accessory: Used for vacuuming external containers or wine bottles with the included hose.
  • Marinate: Provides a pulsed vacuum cycle to infuse marinades into food quickly.

Using the Built-in Cutter and Roll Holder:

The integrated cutter allows you to create custom-sized bags from a roll, reducing waste.
