Important Safety Information
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.
- Read all instructions before using the iron station.
- Use the appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
- To protect against a risk of electric shock, do not immerse the iron station or iron in water or other liquids.
- Always turn the iron station OFF before plugging or unplugging from the electrical outlet. Never pull on the cord to disconnect from the outlet; instead, grasp the plug and pull to disconnect.
- Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces. Let the iron station cool completely before putting away. Loop cord loosely around the appliance when storing.
- This iron station is equipped with 4 Built-in Safety Systems for your protection, including a safety cap that prevents opening under pressure.
- Do not operate the iron station with a damaged cord or if the appliance has been dropped or damaged.
- Close supervision is necessary for any appliance being used by or near children. Do not leave the iron station unattended while connected or on an ironing board.
- Burns can occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water, or steam. Use caution when turning the iron station upside down – there may be hot water in the reservoir.
- Use only distilled water in the boiler to prevent mineral buildup and ensure longevity.

Maintenance
Draining the Boiler:
Regularly draining the boiler helps prevent mineral buildup and ensures optimal performance.
- Turn the boiler off and unplug the unit.
- Allow the unit to cool completely. Never attempt to drain a hot or pressurized boiler.
- Once cool, carefully remove the pressure safety cap.
- Tip the unit upside down over a sink or bucket to drain all water from the boiler.
- Replace the safety cap securely.
Cleaning the Soleplate:
The aluminum soleplate is designed to be easy to clean. For minor residue, wipe with a damp cloth when the iron is cool. For stubborn marks, use a specialized iron soleplate cleaner according to its instructions.
