User Manual

1. Product Overview

The PROZOR 192KHz DAC Converter ARC Audio Extractor is designed to convert digital PCM/LPCM 2.0CH audio signals from an HDMI input into analog L/R RCA and 3.5mm stereo audio outputs simultaneously. It also supports Audio Return Channel (ARC) functionality, allowing sound from ARC-enabled TVs to be transmitted to the adapter's optical fiber and 3.5mm headphone interfaces, with simultaneous output. This device is ideal for integrating modern TVs with older audio systems or for expanding audio output options.

  4. Connect Power: Connect the provided USB power cable to the "DC 5V/1A" port on the extractor and the USB-A end to a USB port on your TV or a 5V USB power adapter (not included). Ensure the power switch on the extractor is in the "ON" position.
  5. Configure TV Audio Settings: Access your TV's audio settings menu.
    • Navigate to Sound or Audio Output settings.
    • Select HDMI ARC as the audio output source.
    • For optimal compatibility, set the TV's digital audio output format to PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) if you are using the RCA or 3.5mm outputs. If using the optical output for 5.1CH, ensure your TV and connected audio system support Dolby AC-3/DTS 5.1CH.
