Operating Instructions
Adjustable Shelves
Your SICOTAS sideboard features adjustable shelves with 6 height settings, allowing you to customize storage space for various items. To adjust a shelf:
- Remove all items from the shelf.
- Lift the shelf slightly and remove the four shelf pins from their current positions.
- Reinsert the shelf pins into the desired holes at the new height. Ensure all four pins are securely in place and level.
- Carefully place the shelf back onto the pins.

Door Operation
The cabinet doors are designed for smooth operation. Use the integrated gold handles to open and close the doors. Avoid forcing the doors if they feel stiff or misaligned.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the UV-cured paint finish.
- Spills: Clean spills immediately to prevent staining, especially on the high-gloss finish.
- Hardware: Periodically check all screws and fittings to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Sunlight Exposure: Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure to prevent fading or discoloration of the finish.
Troubleshooting
Door Alignment Issues
If the cabinet doors are not level or have a gap after assembly, the hinges may need adjustment. Refer to the video and diagram below for guidance.
Video: Guide on how to align cabinet doors properly.

- Adjusting Gap (Side-to-Side): Locate the screw closest to the cabinet frame on each hinge. Turning this screw clockwise or counter-clockwise will move the door horizontally, allowing you to adjust the gap between doors.
- Adjusting Height (Up-and-Down): Loosen the screws that attach the hinge plate to the cabinet. Adjust the door to the desired height, then re-tighten the screws firmly.
- Adjusting Depth (In-and-Out): Loosen the screw furthest from the cabinet frame. Push the door in or pull it out to adjust its depth, then re-tighten the screw.
