7. Remote Control
The included remote control allows for convenient operation of all functions from a distance. Ensure the remote has working batteries and is pointed towards the unit's receiver.
Water Refilling
The LifePlus Evaporative Air Cooler offers two convenient methods for water refilling:
1. Top Water Refilling
Open the top cover of the unit. Carefully pour water into the designated opening until it reaches the 'MAX' line indicated on the water level indicator. This method is ideal for adding smaller amounts of water or topping up the tank.
2. Bottom Water Refilling
For initial filling or when a large amount of water is needed, the bottom water tank can be removed. Carefully pull out the water tank from the bottom of the unit. Fill the tank with water, then slide it back into place, ensuring it is securely seated.

Always ensure the water level does not exceed the 'MAX' line and does not fall below the 'MIN' line during operation.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your evaporative air cooler.
1. Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior surfaces of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish.
2. Cleaning the Water Tank and Filter
The water tank should be cleaned regularly, especially if the unit is used frequently. Remove the water tank and wash it with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly. The evaporative filter (cooling pad) should also be inspected and cleaned periodically to prevent mineral buildup and maintain efficiency. Refer to the specific instructions in the full manual for filter removal and cleaning.
3. Storage
When storing the unit for an extended period, ensure the water tank is completely empty and dry. Clean the unit thoroughly, then store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your LifePlus Evaporative Air Cooler, please consult the following common problems and solutions:
- Unit does not power on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the power button has been pressed.
- No or weak airflow: Check for any obstructions around the air intake or outlet. Ensure the fan speed is set appropriately.
- Evaporative cooling not effective: Ensure the water tank is filled and the ice packs (if used) are frozen. Evaporative coolers are most effective in dry climates.
