1. Introduction

Welcome to the user manual for your INQMEGA TUYA 4MP FHD WiFi Security Camera. This advanced outdoor camera is designed to provide comprehensive surveillance with features such as AI human detection, auto tracking, a unique red and blue light alarm system, color night vision, two-way audio, and 24/7 recording capabilities. Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Camera Lens: Captures 4MP UHD video.
• Red-Blue Alarm Lights: Flashes to deter intruders.
• White Lights: Provides illumination for color night vision and acts as a floodlight.
• IR Lights: Enables infrared night vision.
• Microphone: For audio input during two-way communication.
• Speaker: For audio output during two-way communication and siren.
• Antenna: For 2.4GHz WiFi connectivity.

4. Setup

4.1 Mounting the Camera

Choose a suitable outdoor location for optimal coverage. Ensure the camera is within range of your 2.4GHz WiFi network. Use the provided mounting screws and anchors to securely attach the camera to a wall or desired surface.

4.2 Powering On

Connect the power adapter to the camera's power input port and then plug it into a power outlet. The camera will initiate its startup sequence.

4.3 App Installation and Connection

To control and monitor your camera, you need to install the Tuya Smart app on your smartphone.

1. Download the App: Scan the QR code provided in the physical user manual or search for "Tuya Smart" in your mobile app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
2. Register/Login: Open the app and register for a new account or log in if you already have one.
3. Add Device: Tap the "+" icon to add a new device. Select "Security & Video Surveillance" > "Smart Camera (Wi-Fi)".
4. Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your phone is also connected to the same 2.4GHz network during setup.
5. Scan QR Code: The app will display a QR code. Hold your phone in front of the camera lens (approx. 15-20 cm) until you hear a prompt indicating successful scanning.
6. Completion: Once connected, you can name your camera and begin using its features.

5. Operating Your Camera

5.1 AI Human Detection & Auto Tracking

The camera's AI humanoid recognition system filters out up to 95% of false alarms by accurately detecting human shapes. When a person is detected, the camera will automatically track their movement and record the event. You will receive instant alert messages directly on your app.

5.2 Red & Blue Light Alarm System

This unique feature enhances security by activating flashing red and blue lights and a siren when an intruder is detected in a designated area. Floodlights can also be set to turn on at night for added deterrence.

5.3 2K UHD Image & PTZ Control

Experience crystal-clear surveillance with 4MP (2K UHD) resolution. The camera offers 355° pan and 90° tilt functionality, allowing you to remotely adjust the viewing angle and cover a wide area without blind spots. It also features 4X digital zoom.

5.4 Two-Way Audio

Communicate directly with visitors or deter unwanted guests using the built-in microphone and speaker. This feature allows for real-time, two-way conversations through the app.

5.5 Storage Options

The camera supports both local SD card recording and cloud storage for continuous 24/7 recording. All cloud services are based on Amazon Cloud, ensuring encrypted and secure data storage.

5.6 Night Vision Modes

The camera offers three distinct night vision modes to suit various lighting conditions:

• Daytime Vision: Full color during daylight hours.
• Infrared Night Vision: Black and white vision in low light or complete darkness using IR lights.
• Full Color Night Vision: Utilizes the camera's white lights to provide full-color video even in dark conditions.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your INQMEGA security camera, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe the camera lens and housing with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Weather Protection: The camera is IP66 waterproof, designed to withstand various weather conditions like rain, snow, and dust. However, avoid submerging the camera in water.
• Firmware Updates: Periodically check the Tuya Smart app for available firmware updates to ensure your camera has the latest features and security enhancements.
• Power Supply: Ensure the power adapter and cable are not damaged and are securely connected.
