Setup Instructions

1. Site Preparation
Select a flat, firm, and level ground surface for pool installation. Ensure the area is free from any stones, sharp objects, or loose ground that could damage the liner. If using a filtration system, position the pool 10-21 feet away from the power outlet.

2. Pool Assembly
Unfold the pool liner on the prepared site. If you have a ground cloth, lay it down first. Allow the liner to warm in the sun for approximately two hours to make it more pliable. Assemble the frame by inserting horizontal beams into T-fittings, ensuring pins snap securely into place. Push the assembled sets through the top liner sleeves. Connect the easy-link T-fitting with the last horizontal beam. Insert foot pads onto the vertical legs and carefully slide the vertical legs through the liner belt, snapping them to each T-fitting. Ensure all frame pins are securely snapped.

3. Adding Water
Fill the pool with approximately one inch of water. Stop the water flow and carefully push out any remaining floor wrinkles to ensure the liner is taut and smooth all around. This helps prevent stress on the liner as the pool fills completely. Continue filling the pool, checking occasionally to ensure it fills evenly and adjusting as needed. Do not overfill the pool; the water level should be approximately 6 inches below the top rim.

4. Filtration System Installation
If your pool includes or is compatible with a filtration system, install it according to the specific user guide for your model. For the SFX600 SkimmerPlus Filter Pump, locate the inlet and outlet holes on your pool. Disassemble the skimmer seal ring and re-thread it onto the skimmer through the wall opening. Disassemble the return fitting assembly from the inside of the pool and insert it with the fitting gasket. On the outside, place the thrust washer on the fitting, followed by the fitting nut (hand-tighten only). Install a hose clamp on each end of the hose. Attach one end of the hose to the skimmer and the other end to the return fitting, ensuring hose clamps are tightened directly over the O-rings.
