Setup
Follow these steps to assemble your Electrolux Ultimate800 vacuum and prepare it for first use.
- Assemble the Main Unit: Insert the extension tube into the main hand unit until it clicks securely into place.
- Attach the Nozzle: Choose either the PowerPro Hard Floor Nozzle or the PowerPro Bristle Nozzle and attach it to the end of the extension tube. Ensure it clicks firmly into position.
- Install Batteries: Insert the included Lithium-Ion batteries into the designated battery slots on the main hand unit. Ensure they are fully seated.
- Initial Charging: Before first use, fully charge both batteries. Connect the charging cable to the vacuum and plug it into a power outlet. The LED display will indicate charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours per battery.

Operating Instructions
Learn how to effectively use your Electrolux Ultimate800 for various cleaning tasks.
Powering On/Off and Mode Selection
- To Power On: Press the power button on the main hand unit. The vacuum will start in a default mode.
- To Adjust Suction/Speed: Use the +/- buttons on the LED Smart Display to cycle through the 4 available power levels. For optimal run time with motorized nozzles, select Auto Mode, which senses your floor type and adjusts suction accordingly.
- To Power Off: Press the power button again.

Using Different Nozzles
- PowerPro Hard Floor Nozzle: This nozzle is expertly designed to pick up anything from fine dust to large crumbs on hard surfaces like hardwood, tile, and laminate.

Using as a Handheld Vacuum
The main hand unit can be detached from the extension tube to be used as a portable handheld vacuum. This is ideal for cleaning furniture, car interiors, or stairs.
- To Convert: Press the release button on the extension tube to detach the main hand unit.
- Attach Accessories: Connect the Bristle Crevice Tool or Small Dusting Brush directly to the main hand unit for specialized cleaning.

Maintenance

Emptying the Dustbin
Empty the dustbin regularly, preferably after each use or when the debris reaches the MAX fill line. To empty:
- Ensure the vacuum is turned off.
- Locate the dustbin release button and press it to detach the dustbin from the main unit.
- Open the dustbin lid and empty contents into a waste bin.
- Close the lid and reattach the dustbin to the main unit until it clicks into place.
Cleaning the 5-Step Filtration System
The 5-step filtration system efficiently separates and collects dirt and dust. For best performance, clean the filters regularly.

- Disassemble Filters: With the dustbin detached, carefully remove the cyclone separator, metal mesh cone, multi-layer pre-filter, and fine dust filter.
- Clean Components: Tap loose dirt from all components over a waste bin. The filters and dustbin can be rinsed with lukewarm water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling. Do not use detergents or hot water.
- Reassemble: Once dry, reassemble the filters in reverse order of disassembly and reattach the dustbin.
BrushRoll Clean Technology
The BrushRoll Clean blade effortlessly cuts stubborn hairs and fibers from the bristle nozzle. To activate:
- Ensure the vacuum is powered on and the bristle nozzle is attached.
- Press and hold the BrushRoll Clean button (if available on your model, refer to the diagram on the nozzle). The blade will activate to clear the brush roll.
Battery Care
- Always use the original Electrolux charger.
- Do not expose batteries to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
- If the vacuum will not be used for an extended period, store the batteries partially charged in a cool, dry place.
