4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.

5.1 Power Adjustment

  • OFF: The appliance is turned off.
  • Mode I (400W): Use this lower power setting for gentle cooking, simmering, or keeping food warm. Ideal for ramen, dumplings, oatmeal, and vegetables.
  • Mode II (800W): Use this higher power setting for rapid boiling, frying, or searing. Perfect for steak, paella, fondue, and quick cooking.

5.2 Cooking Modes

  • Boiling/Simmering: Add desired ingredients and liquid to the pot. Select Mode I or Mode II depending on the desired heat level. Cover with the lid for faster heating.
  • Frying/Searing: Add a small amount of cooking oil to the pot. Select Mode II for high heat. Once hot, add ingredients and cook as desired.
  • Steaming: Add water to the main pot (ensure water level is below the steamer basket). Place the removable steamer basket into the pot. Arrange food in the steamer basket. Cover with the lid. Select Mode II for steaming.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
