Setup Instructions
1. Charging the Headset
Before initial use, fully charge the headset. Connect the supplied Type-C to Type-A charging cable to the headset's USB-C port and the other end to a USB power source. The LED indicator on the headset will show charging status.
2. Attaching the Microphone
Insert the detachable boom microphone into the designated port on the left earcup. Ensure it is securely connected. You can attach the windshield foam to the microphone for improved voice clarity.

3. Connecting via 2.4GHz Wireless (for PlayStation, PC, Mac, Nintendo Switch)
- Plug the USB audio adapter (dongle) into an available USB port on your console (PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch in docked mode) or computer (PC, Mac).
- Power on your JBL Quantum 360P headset.
- The headset will automatically connect to the USB dongle. A stable LED indicator on the headset confirms a successful connection.
- On PlayStation 5/4, navigate to Settings > Sound > Audio Output and select the headset for both output and input devices.
- On PC/Mac, select the headset as the default audio input and output device in your sound settings.
4. Connecting via Bluetooth (for Mobile Devices)
- Power on your JBL Quantum 360P headset.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button on the headset until the LED indicator flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
- On your mobile device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "JBL Quantum 360P" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the LED indicator on the headset will turn solid blue.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the headset on or off.
Volume Control
Use the volume dial located on the earcup to adjust the audio volume up or down.
Microphone Mute/Unmute
Press the microphone mute button on the earcup to mute or unmute your microphone. An LED indicator on the microphone tip will show its status (e.g., red for muted).
Game/Chat Balance
The headset may feature a game/chat balance dial to adjust the audio mix between game sound and chat audio. Rotate the dial towards 'Game' for more game audio or towards 'Chat' for more voice communication.
