Important Safety Information

Please read all instructions before assembly and use of the QUTANIX 5-in-1 Baby Bedside Bassinet & Playard. Keep this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

• Age and Weight Limits: Suitable for babies from newborn up to 3 years old, or a maximum weight of 33 lbs (15 kg). Discontinue use of the bassinet feature when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees, or has reached 20 lbs (9 kg), whichever comes first.
• Suffocation Hazard: Infants can suffocate in gaps between an extra pad and the side of the bassinet/playard, or on soft bedding. Use ONLY the pad provided by the manufacturer. NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
• Fall Hazard: To prevent falls, do not use this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees, or has reached 20 lbs (9 kg), whichever comes first.
• Entanglement Hazard: Strings can cause strangulation. NEVER place items with a string around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. NEVER suspend strings over a bassinet or playard or attach strings to toys.
• Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged before placing a child in the product.
• Always use the safety straps when converting to bedside sleeper mode to securely attach the unit to the adult bed.
• The 360° breathable mesh sides are designed for air circulation and parental supervision.

Setup Instructions

The QUTANIX 5-in-1 Baby Bedside Bassinet & Playard is designed for easy assembly without the need for tools. Follow these steps to set up your unit:

1. Unfold the Frame: Remove the playard frame from the carrying bag. Stand the unit upright and pull the center of the base upwards to begin unfolding.
2. Lock the Rails: Ensure all four top rails are fully extended and locked into place. You should hear an audible "click" for each rail. If a rail does not lock, pull the center of the base up again and try extending the rail until it locks.
3. Press Down the Base: Once all rails are locked, firmly press down the center of the playard base until it lies flat and is securely locked into position.
4. Insert the Mattress Pad: Place the provided soft-padded mattress into the bottom of the playard.
5. Attach Bassinet Insert (if applicable): For bassinet mode, attach the bassinet insert according to the instructions provided with the insert, ensuring all clips and supports are securely fastened. The bassinet insert is equipped with 3 support tubes and 2 grabbing buckles for stability.
6. Attach Accessories: Install the changing table, storage organizer, and music mobile with toy bar as desired, following their specific attachment instructions.

To disassemble for storage or transport, reverse these steps. Ensure the center of the base is pulled up before attempting to unlock the side rails. The unit can be disassembled to fit into the included tote bag.

• Mattress Pad: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely before reinserting into the playard.
