4. Safety Instructions
Always observe basic safety precautions when using electrical tools to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
- Read all instructions: Familiarize yourself with the tool and its operation.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment: This includes safety glasses, gloves, and respiratory protection if working with materials that produce fumes.
- Do not touch the nozzle: The nozzle and emitted air become extremely hot during and after use. Allow the tool to cool completely before handling the nozzle or storing.
- Ensure proper ventilation: Use the heat gun in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid flammable materials: Do not use the heat gun near flammable liquids, gases, or materials.
- Overload Protection: The heat gun is equipped with an overload protection system and heat-resistant housing to prevent damage from improper use.

5. Operation
5.1. Setup
Before plugging in the heat gun, ensure the power switch is in the 'O' (Off) position. Select the appropriate nozzle for your task and securely attach it to the heat gun's outlet.
5.2. Powering On/Off and Airflow Speed Settings
The heat gun features a two-speed switch for airflow control:
- O: Off
- I: Low airflow (250 L/min)
- II: High airflow (500 L/min)
Slide the switch to 'I' or 'II' to turn on the heat gun and select the desired airflow. Slide to 'O' to turn off the unit.

5.3. Temperature Control
The heat gun offers variable temperature control from 140℉ to 1200℉ (60℃ to 650℃). Rotate the dial on the rear of the unit to adjust the temperature. The dial has settings from 1 to 8, with 'MAX' indicating the highest temperature.

5.5. Application Examples
The included nozzles facilitate various applications:
- Wide Nozzle: Suitable for removing paint or adhesives over larger areas.
- 3-Layer Focus Nozzle & 5-Layer Focus Nozzle: Ideal for heat shrink applications and shrink wrapping.
- Reflecting Nozzle: Used for bending pipes by distributing heat evenly around the material.
- Long Flat Nozzle: Can be used for coal ignition or other focused heating tasks.
Other common uses include:
- Disfrosting pipes
- Old wallpaper removal
- Adhesive removal
- Floor removal
- Decorating or repairing furniture
- Loosening old bolts and screws
- Metalworking
- Wood drying
- Embossing and waxing

6. Maintenance
6.1. Cleaning
Ensure the heat gun is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Keep the air intake and exhaust vents clear of dust and debris to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating.
6.2. Storage
Store the heat gun in a dry, secure location out of reach of children. The ergonomic handle includes a loop for convenient hanging storage.
7. Troubleshooting
Issue: Smoke during first use.
Solution: It is normal for heat guns to produce a small amount of smoke during the initial use. This is due to the burning off of residue adhesions like grease, water, and other impurities from the manufacturing process. This will dissipate after a short period of operation and is not a cause for concern.
