Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Goplus P-Handle Hand Truck. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your hand truck. Please read it thoroughly before use to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Safety Information
- Maximum Load Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 770 LBS (349 kg). Overloading can cause damage to the hand truck and lead to injury.
- Secure Loads: Always ensure that items are securely placed and balanced on the nose plate before tilting and moving. Use straps or ropes if necessary to prevent shifting.
- Proper Lifting Technique: When tilting the hand truck with a load, bend your knees and keep your back straight to avoid strain. Let the hand truck's design assist in leverage.
- Clear Path: Ensure your path is clear of obstacles, debris, and other hazards before moving the hand truck.
- Uneven Surfaces: Exercise caution on uneven or sloped surfaces. The hand truck may wobble slightly when upright, especially with heavy loads.
- Storage: Store the hand truck in a dry, safe place when not in use. Ensure the nose plate is folded up to save space and prevent tripping hazards.
- Inspection: Before each use, inspect the hand truck for any signs of damage, loose parts, or worn wheels. Do not use if damaged.

Setup and Assembly
Your Goplus Hand Truck requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in the "Product Components" section are present.
- Attach Wheels: Slide each 10-inch rubber wheel onto the axle. Secure them in place using the provided washers and nuts. Ensure they are tightened sufficiently but allow for free rotation.
- Attach Nose Plate: The foldable nose plate is typically pre-attached or easily secured to the main frame. Ensure it can pivot smoothly.
- Final Check: Once assembled, double-check all connections and ensure the wheels spin freely and the nose plate folds correctly.
Assembly should take only a few minutes with basic tools.

Operating Instructions
Loading the Hand Truck
- Positioning: Place the hand truck upright with the nose plate flat on the ground.
- Slide Under Load: Carefully slide the nose plate under the item you wish to move. Ensure the item is centered and fully supported by the nose plate.
- Balance the Load: Distribute the weight evenly on the nose plate. For tall items, ensure they rest against the high back of the hand truck for stability.
- Tilting: Place one foot on the axle or a crossbar for leverage. Grip the P-handle firmly with one or both hands. Slowly tilt the hand truck backward until the load is balanced over the wheels.

Moving the Hand Truck
Once the load is balanced, you can easily move the hand truck:
- Push or Pull: Use the P-handle to push or pull the hand truck to your desired location. The 10-inch rubber wheels are designed for smooth movement across various surfaces.
- Navigating Obstacles: For small obstacles or curbs, tilt the hand truck slightly to lift the wheels over them.
- Stairs: When moving items up or down stairs, proceed with extreme caution. It is recommended to have assistance for heavy or bulky items on stairs.

Unloading the Hand Truck
- Positioning: Carefully maneuver the hand truck to the desired unloading spot.
- Lowering: Slowly tilt the hand truck forward, allowing the load to gently rest on the ground or a stable surface.
- Remove Hand Truck: Once the load is stable, slide the hand truck out from underneath.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the metal frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris.
- Lubrication: Periodically check the wheel bearings and axle for smooth operation. Lubricate if necessary.
- Storage: Store the hand truck in a dry environment to prevent rust. The foldable nose plate allows for compact storage against a wall.
- Tire Care: The rubber wheels are designed to be puncture-proof and require no inflation. Keep them free of sharp objects.

Troubleshooting
- Hand Truck Wobbles: Ensure the load is centered and balanced. Avoid sudden movements. If wobbling persists, check for loose wheel connections or frame damage.
- Difficulty Rolling: Check wheels for obstructions or debris. Ensure axle nuts are not overtightened, restricting wheel movement.
- Nose Plate Not Folding Smoothly: Inspect hinges for dirt or damage. Clean and lubricate if needed.
