6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Patiowell storage shed, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: The resin material is low maintenance. Clean the shed periodically with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the material.
- Inspection: Regularly check all screws, hinges, and locking mechanisms to ensure they are secure and functioning correctly. Tighten any loose fasteners.
- Weather Resistance: The shed is designed with dual wall panels for greater wind and impact resistance, and is waterproof and UV-proof. However, in extreme weather conditions, consider securing the shed further or moving sensitive items indoors.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation to prevent moisture buildup inside the shed, especially if storing items prone to mold or mildew.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your storage shed, consider the following:
- Difficulty in Assembly: Ensure all parts are correctly oriented as per the instructions and video. A rubber mallet can assist in snapping parts into place. Verify you have all required parts as per the parts list.
- Doors Not Closing Properly: Check if the shed is on a level surface. Uneven ground can cause misalignment. Inspect hinges and latches for any obstructions or damage.
- Water Leakage: Although the shed is waterproof, ensure all panels are securely connected and the roof is properly seated. Check for any cracks or damage to the resin material.
- Missing Parts: If any parts are missing upon delivery, please contact Patiowell customer service with your proof of purchase.
