4. Setup and Installation

4.2 Mounting the Light and Solar Panel
You can mount the light unit and solar panel on walls, fences, garage door frames, trees, or lamp posts using the provided hardware.
- Wall Installation (using screws):
- Identify the desired mounting location for both the light unit and the solar panel.
- Mark the drilling points for the light unit (hole spacing: 2.1 inches for top, 3.5 inches for bottom).
- Drill holes and insert wall anchors if necessary.
- Mount the light unit using the provided screws. Rotate the solar panels from side to side and the central lamp vertically up and down to provide space for screw installation.
- Mount the separate solar panel in a location with maximum sunlight using its own mounting bracket and screws.
- Connect the solar panel cable to the light unit.
- Cable Tie Installation (for trees/poles):
- Insert the cable ties through the mounting holes on the light unit's bracket.
- Securely tie the light unit to a pole, tree trunk, or fence using the cable ties.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, allow the solar panel to charge the battery in direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours. This ensures the battery is fully charged for optimal performance.

- Strong Light Motion Sensor Mode (Dim to Strong to Dim): The light maintains a low brightness (20%) constantly. When motion is detected, it switches to 100% brightness for 20, 30, or 40 seconds (as set by remote), then returns to 20% brightness. This mode is ideal for continuous low-level illumination with a boost for activity.
- Strong Light Motion Sensor Mode (Off to Strong to Off): The light remains off. When motion is detected, it turns on at 100% brightness for 20, 30, or 40 seconds (as set by remote), then turns off completely. This mode is energy-saving and suitable for areas where light is only needed when motion is present.
- Long Light Mode (Motion Sensor Disabled): The light stays on at 80% brightness for a set duration (2, 4, or 6 hours). After this timing ends, it can either turn off completely until the next dark cycle (Dimming Off Mode) or dim to 20% brightness until dawn (Dimming Dim Mode). This mode provides continuous illumination for a set period.
