Setup

Initial Charge

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Anker Nano Power Bank. Connect the included USB-C to USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C input port and the other end to a compatible USB-C wall charger (not included). The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging progress. All four LEDs will be solid when fully charged.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Device

1. Extend the built-in Lightning connector by gently pulling it out from the power bank.
2. Plug the Lightning connector directly into your iPhone, iPad, or iPod's charging port. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device.
3. The LED indicators on the power bank will show its remaining battery level during charging.
4. When charging is complete or you wish to stop, simply unplug the power bank from your device and fold the Lightning connector back into its housing for compact storage.

Recharging the Power Bank (Pass-Through Charging)

The Anker Nano Power Bank supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge both your device and the power bank simultaneously. While your device is connected to the built-in Lightning connector, connect a USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C input port and then to a wall charger. Both devices will charge.

Maintenance

• Keep the power bank away from water, fire, and high temperatures.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
• Clean the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• If storing for an extended period, charge the power bank every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.

Troubleshooting

Power Bank Not Charging

• Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the wall charger.
• Verify that the wall charger is functioning correctly and connected to a live power outlet.
• Try using a different USB-C cable or wall charger.

Device Not Charging

• Ensure the built-in Lightning connector is fully inserted into your device's charging port.
• Check the power bank's LED indicators to confirm it has sufficient charge.
• Restart your device and try connecting the power bank again.
