4. Setup
4.1 Mounting the Light
- Attach the Amaran 200X S to a light stand using the integrated mounting bracket.
- Secure the light by tightening the locking knob on the bracket.

- Align the Bowens mount of the reflector with the light fixture.
- Insert the reflector and twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.

- Connect the power cable to the Aputure Amaran Adaptor.
- Connect the adaptor to the power input port on the Amaran 200X S.
- Plug the power cable into a suitable AC power outlet.
- Press the power button on the light fixture to turn it on.

- Brightness Adjustment: Use the INT (Intensity) knob to adjust the light output from 0% to 100%.
- Color Temperature Adjustment: Use the CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) knob to change the color temperature between 2700K and 6500K.
- FX Mode: Press the FX button to cycle through the 9 built-in lighting effects. Use the INT knob to adjust parameters within each effect.
