1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your FLGAN 20V PD USB-C Power Supply. This device is designed to convert 20V Power Delivery (PD) USB-C input to 24V DC output, specifically for powering ResMed AirSense 11 and Airmini CPAP machines. Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use and retain it for future reference.
2. Safety Information
- Ensure the input power source provides at least 20V 60W via USB-C PD. Using lower voltage/wattage power supplies (e.g., 15V, 9V, 5V) is not supported and may cause malfunction or damage.
- Do not expose the device to water, moisture, or extreme temperatures.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to severe impacts.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Disconnect the power supply from both the power source and the CPAP machine when not in use or during cleaning.

6. Setup Instructions
- Ensure your USB-C PD power source (wall charger, power bank, power station) meets the minimum requirement of 20V and at least 60W output.
- Connect the proprietary ResMed end of the FLGAN cable securely into your ResMed AirSense 11 or Airmini CPAP machine's power input port.
- Next, connect the USB-C end of the FLGAN cable into the USB-C PD output port of your power source.
- Verify that your CPAP machine powers on correctly.
Important Note: The connection order is crucial for proper operation. Always plug the ResMed end into the CPAP machine first, then connect the USB-C end to your power source. This ensures correct voltage negotiation.
7. Operating Instructions
Once connected as per the setup instructions, the FLGAN 20V PD USB-C Power Supply will automatically convert the input voltage to the required 24V for your ResMed CPAP machine. Operate your CPAP machine according to its own user manual. The power supply is designed for continuous use within its specified limits.
8. Maintenance
- Keep the cable and converter clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable, especially near the connectors, to prevent internal wire damage.
- Regularly inspect the cable and connectors for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion. Discontinue use if damage is observed.
9. Troubleshooting
Issue: Device blinks on/off or does not power the CPAP machine.
Possible Cause: Incorrect power-up sequence or voltage negotiation issue with the power bank/station.
Solution:
- Disconnect both ends of the FLGAN cable from the CPAP machine and the power source.
- Allow the power source (e.g., power bank) to power off completely, typically for about 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the ResMed end of the FLGAN cable to your CPAP machine first.
- Then, connect the USB-C end of the FLGAN cable to your power source. This sequence helps ensure proper voltage negotiation.
- Ensure your power source is capable of delivering at least 20V 60W via its USB-C PD port. Some power banks may not support the required voltage or wattage for this converter.
Issue: CPAP machine does not turn on.
Possible Cause: Insufficient power from the USB-C PD source or incompatible CPAP model.
Solution:
- Verify that your USB-C PD power source is fully charged and functioning correctly.
- Confirm that the power source's USB-C PD output is rated for at least 20V and 60W.
- Ensure your CPAP machine is a compatible ResMed AirSense 11 or Airmini model. This cable is not compatible with ResMed S9 or S10 models.
