4. Setup Instructions
- Placement: Place the steam cleaner on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Filling the Boiler:
- Ensure the unit is unplugged and completely cool.
- Unscrew the safety cap counter-clockwise and remove it.
- Using the provided funnel, carefully pour distilled water into the boiler opening. Do not overfill. Use the water level measuring stick to ensure the water level is appropriate (typically up to the maximum fill line indicated on the stick or in the boiler). The boiler capacity is 2.2 liters.
- Securely replace the safety cap by screwing it clockwise until tight.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Flip the "Boiler" switch to the "On" position. The unit will begin heating the water.
- Heating Time: Allow 15-20 minutes for the unit to reach operating pressure. The pressure gauge will indicate the internal boiler pressure. The maximum operating pressure is 50 PSI (3.5 Bar).
- Eco Mode (Optional): To save energy, you can switch the "Boiler" switch to "Eco" mode. In this mode, the boiler maintains a standby pressure of 2 bars (29 psi). When ready to use steam, switch back to "On" for 1-2 minutes to reach full pressure. Note: Do not attempt to use steam in Eco Mode for cleaning, as it will not produce dry steam.
- Activating Steam: Once the desired pressure is reached (indicated on the pressure gauge), press the foot pedal to release steam from the steam nozzle.
- Steam Control: The external solenoid valve allows for manual adjustment of steam output. Turn the variable steam dial to control the intensity of the steam.
- Cleaning: Direct the steam nozzle towards the item to be cleaned. Use caution as steam is hot and can cause burns.
- Low Water Indicator: If the low water indicator light illuminates, the unit will automatically shut off. Turn off the unit, unplug it, and allow it to cool before refilling with distilled water.
- Power Off: After use, flip the "Boiler" switch to "Off" and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.

6.2. General Care
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Regularly check the power cord for any signs of damage.
- Always use distilled water to prevent mineral buildup in the boiler, which can affect performance and lifespan.
7. Troubleshooting
- Q: The low water level warning light is on, and the unit shut off.
- A: This is a safety feature. Turn off and unplug the unit. Allow it to cool completely, then refill the boiler with distilled water as per the setup instructions. Ensure the safety cap is securely fastened before restarting.
- Q: The unit is not producing steam or steam pressure is low.
- A:
- Check if the unit has reached full operating pressure (50 PSI / 3.5 Bar) on the pressure gauge. Allow sufficient heating time (15-20 minutes).
- Ensure the "Boiler" switch is in the "On" position, not "Eco" mode, for full steam production.
- Verify that the boiler contains enough water. If the low water indicator is on, refill the unit.
- Check if the foot pedal is fully pressed.
- Q: What is the difference between the 4100CJ and 5100CJ models?
- A: The 5100CJ model includes a pressure gauge, a variable steam dial, and a foot pedal for steam activation. The 4100CJ does not have a pressure gauge, and steam is activated by a hand switch on the side of the unit.
