1. Unpacking and Preparation
- Clear a spacious area for assembly.
- Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Verify all parts are present against the parts list in your manual.
2. Assembling the Bed Frame
Begin by connecting the headboard, side rails, and footboard. Ensure all bolts are finger-tightened initially, then fully tighten them once the frame is aligned.

3. Installing the Slats
The bed frame utilizes a wooden slat support system. The slats are designed to be slightly bowed; install them with the arch facing upwards. This provides optimal support for your mattress.
- Attach the plastic retainers to the outer frame rails.
- Insert the wooden slats into the plastic retainers on both sides of the bed frame.
- Secure the two middle slats with their respective plastic parts.

4. Assembling the Storage Drawers
Assemble the four wire netting drawers according to the manual. Ensure the rollers are securely attached for smooth operation. Some smaller screws for the drawers may require extra effort to tighten; a hand drill might be helpful for pre-drilling if needed, but proceed with caution to avoid stripping screws or damaging materials.

Operating Instructions
1. Using the USB Charging Stations
The headboard is equipped with two USB charging ports (one Type-A and one Type-C) on each side. Connect the provided power adapter and cord to a wall outlet, then plug it into the designated port on the bed frame. You can then connect your devices to the USB ports for charging.

Note: If charging multiple devices simultaneously, ensure the total power draw does not exceed the adapter's capacity to prevent intermittent charging or resets.
2. Utilizing Storage Drawers
The four under-bed drawers are designed for easy access and storage. Simply pull the drawers out from under the bed. They are equipped with rollers for smooth movement. The fixtures are designed to hold the drawers in place when pushed in, preventing them from sliding out unintentionally.

3. Adjusting Headboard Height
The headboard height can be adjusted to accommodate different mattress thicknesses. To adjust, loosen the bolts connecting the headboard to the frame, slide the headboard to your desired height (between 39.5" and 44"), and then securely tighten all bolts.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the upholstered surfaces with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Hardware: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability.
- Drawers: Keep the drawer rollers free of dust and debris for smooth operation.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Bed frame feels wobbly or unstable. | Loose hardware. | Check and tighten all bolts and screws on the frame. Ensure all connections are secure. |
| USB ports are not charging devices. | Power adapter not connected or faulty; device cable issue; overloaded ports. | Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into a working wall outlet and the bed frame. Try a different USB cable or device. Avoid charging too many high-power devices simultaneously. |
| Storage drawers do not roll smoothly or fall out. | Rollers obstructed or damaged; drawers not properly assembled; uneven flooring. | Clear any debris from the rollers. Verify the drawers were assembled correctly and rollers are securely attached. On uneven floors, consider placing a rug or leveling the bed frame. |
| Squeaking noises from the bed frame. | Loose connections; friction between components. | Re-tighten all bolts. Ensure slats are properly seated in their retainers. |
