The Cybex Balios Cot S Lux is designed to provide a comfortable and secure resting environment for infants from birth up to 20 lbs (approximately 6 months), compatible with the Cybex Balios S Lux stroller.

2. Safety Information

• Never leave your child unattended in the bassinet.
• Ensure the bassinet is securely attached to the stroller frame before placing your child inside.
• Do not use the bassinet if any parts are damaged or missing.
• The bassinet is suitable for infants from birth up to 20 lbs (9 kg). Discontinue use when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached the maximum weight, whichever comes first.
• Always place your baby on their back to sleep.
• Do not add extra padding, pillows, or blankets to the bassinet, as this can create a suffocation hazard.
• Keep the bassinet away from open flames, heaters, and other heat sources.
• Regularly inspect the bassinet for wear and tear, loose fasteners, or damaged components.

4. Setup and Assembly

The Cybex Balios Cot S Lux Bassinet requires no assembly. It is ready for attachment to your compatible Cybex Balios S Lux stroller frame directly out of the box.

4.1 Attaching the Bassinet to the Stroller Frame

1. Ensure the stroller frame is fully unfolded and locked into position.
2. Align the bassinet's attachment points with the corresponding connectors on the stroller frame. The bassinet features integrated memory buttons for easy attachment.
3. Lower the bassinet onto the frame until you hear an audible "click" on both sides, indicating it is securely locked.
4. Gently lift the bassinet to confirm it is firmly attached before placing your child inside.

4.2 Detaching the Bassinet from the Stroller Frame

1. Ensure your child is removed from the bassinet before detaching.
2. Locate the memory buttons on each side of the bassinet's attachment points.
3. Press both memory buttons simultaneously and lift the bassinet upwards from the stroller frame.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Using the Sun Canopy

The bassinet features an XXL sun canopy with UPF50+ protection to shield your child from the sun. It also includes a mesh window for ventilation.

• To extend the canopy, gently pull it forward until it reaches the desired position.
• To retract the canopy, push it backward.
• To open the mesh window for ventilation, unzip the designated section on the canopy.

5.2 Carrying the Bassinet

The bassinet is equipped with an integrated carry handle for easy transport when detached from the stroller frame.

The fabric components of the Cybex Balios Cot S Lux Bassinet require specific care:

• Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.

The exterior, lining, and padding are 100% Polyester. The bootcover is 86% Polyurethane Foam Pad, 14% Polyethylene Foam.
