4. Setup and Assembly
Assembly typically requires two people and takes approximately 60 minutes. No additional tools or safety pins are required due to the precision locking system.
4.1 Site Preparation
- Choose a firm, level area free of sharp objects, debris, and excessive slopes.
- Ensure the chosen site is large enough for the pool (605 x 330 cm including support legs) and allows for safe access around it.
- Clear any vegetation or grass from the area to prevent damage to the liner.
4.2 Frame Assembly
- Spread the pool liner evenly on the prepared ground.
- Identify the different frame components (horizontal beams, vertical legs, corner joints).
- Insert the horizontal beams through the sleeves at the top edge of the pool liner.
- Connect the horizontal beams using the corner joints.
- Attach the vertical support legs to the horizontal beams, ensuring they lock into place with the precision locking system.
- Ensure all connections are secure and the frame is stable before proceeding.
4.3 Inlet and Outlet Installation
- Locate the pre-cut holes in the pool liner for the inlet and outlet fittings.
- Install the provided fittings according to the diagrams in the separate plumbing instructions (if applicable) or by pushing them through the liner from the inside and securing them with the external nuts/gaskets.
- Ensure the 38 mm shut-off valve is correctly installed on the outlet.

5. Operating the Pool
5.1 Filling the Pool
- Ensure the drain plug is securely closed.
- Begin filling the pool with water. As the water level rises, gently smooth out any wrinkles in the bottom of the liner.
- Fill the pool to the recommended water height of 114 cm, which corresponds to approximately 90% capacity (17,203 liters). Do not overfill.
5.2 Water Treatment
As this pool set does not include a filtration system, regular water treatment is crucial to maintain hygiene and water clarity. Consult a pool supply professional for appropriate chemicals and testing kits suitable for your pool's volume and local conditions. The pool is suitable for saltwater use if a compatible saltwater system is purchased separately.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Pool
- Regularly remove debris (leaves, insects) from the water surface using a skimmer net (not included).
- Brush the pool walls and bottom to prevent algae growth.
- For thorough cleaning, consider purchasing a compatible pool vacuum (not included).
6.2 Draining and Storage
- To drain the pool, attach a garden hose to the drain valve and open the valve. Direct the water to a suitable drainage area.
- Once empty, clean and dry the liner and frame components thoroughly.
- Disassemble the frame by reversing the assembly steps.
- Store the pool liner and frame components in a dry, protected area, away from extreme temperatures and pests.
6.3 Liner and Frame Care
- The reinforced laminated vinyl liner (0.73 mm bottom, 0.73 mm wall) is durable, but avoid sharp objects.
- The high-quality powder-coated steel frame is designed for enhanced rust resistance and durability. Inspect for any signs of corrosion or damage periodically.
7. Troubleshooting
- Water Leakage: Check the drain plug, inlet/outlet fittings, and the pool liner for punctures. Use a repair patch kit (not included) for small liner holes.
- Unstable Frame: Ensure all frame components are fully connected and locked into place. Verify the pool is on a perfectly level surface.
- Cloudy Water: This indicates a need for water treatment. Test water chemistry and add appropriate chemicals. Regular cleaning is also essential.
