2. Setup

2.2 Physical Installation
The camera is designed for wall-mount installation. Ensure the mounting surface is sturdy enough to support the camera's weight. Use the provided screws and bracket for secure attachment. Connect the power adapter to the camera and a power outlet.
2.3 Network Connection
The camera supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks, as well as a wired LAN connection. For optimal performance, especially with high-resolution streaming, a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection or a wired LAN connection is recommended.
- Wi-Fi Connection: Power on the camera. Open the Ctronics app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network.
- LAN Connection: Connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the camera's LAN port. The camera will automatically connect to the network.

2.4 App Installation
Download the Ctronics app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android). Alternatively, for PC access, download the HiP2P Client software from the official Ctronics website.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Video Recording & Playback
The camera offers continuous 24-hour recording, motion-triggered recording, and scheduled recording options. Recordings can be stored on an SD card (up to 128GB), NVR, FTP server, or cloud storage.

3.2 High-Resolution Video
With 5MP (2560x1920) resolution, the camera captures clear and detailed images. The 4x digital zoom allows for closer inspection of specific areas, making it suitable for evidence collection.

3.3 Night Vision
Equipped with a high-sensitivity sensor and white LEDs, the camera provides vivid full-color images at night. It also supports infrared (IR) night vision for discreet monitoring.

3.4 AI Human Detection & Auto Tracking
The camera's AI accurately detects human figures, significantly reducing false alarms caused by insects or falling leaves. Upon detection, the camera automatically tracks the subject and returns to its original position when the subject leaves the surveillance area.

3.5 Two-Way Audio & Alarm
The integrated microphone and speaker enable clear two-way communication. When an intruder is detected, the camera can automatically activate its lights and play a customizable alarm sound to deter them.

3.6 Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ)
Control the camera's viewing angle remotely via the app. It offers 355° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt, providing comprehensive coverage of a large area. Digital zoom is also available for closer views.

3.7 Multi-Device Access & Sharing
Access live feeds and recordings from multiple devices including smartphones, tablets, and PCs. The app allows simultaneous display of up to 4 cameras and easy sharing with family members.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean the camera lens and housing with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the camera's surface or lens.

Periodically check for firmware updates through the Ctronics app. Keeping your camera's firmware updated ensures optimal performance, security, and access to new features.
4.3 Storage Management

5.1 Connectivity Issues

- Unstable Connection: If using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, consider switching to 5GHz if available, or use a wired LAN connection for better stability. Ensure there are no major obstructions between the camera and the router.

- False Alarms: Adjust the AI human detection sensitivity in the app. Ensure the detection zone is configured correctly to exclude irrelevant areas.
- No Alarms: Check if human detection and alarm functions are enabled in the app settings. Ensure push notifications are allowed for the Ctronics app on your smartphone.
