5. Setup
5.1 Battery Installation
The EVTSCAN Cordless Electric Hand Mixer requires 2 x AA batteries (not included) for operation.
- Locate the battery compartment cover at the bottom end of the mixer handle.
- Slide the cover open to reveal the battery compartment.
- Insert 2 x AA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
- Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.

6. Operating Instructions
Using your EVTSCAN Cordless Electric Hand Mixer is simple and straightforward.
- Ensure batteries are correctly installed (refer to Section 5.1).
- Dip the whisk attachment into the liquid you wish to mix or froth (e.g., coffee, milk, eggs). Ensure the whisk is sufficiently submerged to prevent splashing.
