1. Introduction and Safety Warnings
This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your EVERCROSS EV12M Electric Motorcycle. Please read it thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.
Important Safety Information:
- Adult Supervision Required: This electric motorcycle is designed for children but requires constant adult supervision during assembly and operation.
- Two-Adult Assembly: The electric motorcycle is heavy. Ensure that assembly is performed carefully by two adults.
- Pre-Ride Check: Verify that the vehicle is correctly assembled and all components are secure before each ride.
- Protective Gear: Always ensure the rider wears appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads.
- Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 65 kg.
- Age Range: Suitable for children aged 36 months to 14 years, or 110cm and taller.

3. Setup and Assembly
Assembly requires careful attention. It is recommended that two adults perform the assembly.
3.1 Handlebar Installation
- Insert the handlebar into the front fork.
- Align the handlebar and secure it by tightening the screws clockwise using the provided tools.
3.2 Front Fender Installation
- Align the front fender with the mounting points on the front fork.
- Secure the fender by tightening the screws clockwise.
3.3 Front Wheel Installation
- Remove the front wheel axle components from the wheel.
- Position the front wheel between the front fork.
- Reinstall the axle components, ensuring they are properly aligned and securely tightened.
3.4 Kickstand Installation
- Attach the kickstand to its designated mounting point on the frame.
- Secure it firmly with the provided screws.
3.5 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the battery. Locate the charging port, open the rubber plug, and connect the charger. The indicator light on the charger will change when fully charged.

4. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the controls before riding.
4.1 Power On/Off
- To power on, long-press the power button on the handlebar. The power display will illuminate.
- To power off, long-press the power button again.
4.2 Speed Modes
The EV12M features 3 preset speed modes, easily switchable via a button on the side panel. Parents can manage this system to ensure a balance between safety and skill development.
- Low Speed (L): Approximately 8 km/h (5 MPH)
- Medium Speed (M): Approximately 12 km/h (7.5 MPH)
- High Speed (H): Maximum speed (up to 25 km/h)
4.3 Throttle and Braking
- Throttle: Gently twist the right handlebar grip to accelerate.
- Braking: The motorcycle is equipped with a drum brake system. Squeeze the brake lever on the left handlebar to engage the brake. Test the brake function before each ride.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your electric motorcycle.
5.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the motorcycle with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive water.
- Do not use high-pressure water jets to clean the motorcycle, as this can damage electrical components.
5.2 Tire Care
- Check tire pressure regularly and inflate to the recommended PSI (refer to tire sidewall for details).
- Inspect tires for wear and tear, and replace if necessary. The 12-inch wear-resistant rubber wheels provide strong grip.
5.3 Battery Care
- Charge the battery fully after each use.
- If storing for an extended period, charge the battery every 30 days to maintain its health.
- Do not overcharge or completely drain the battery.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 No Power
- Check if the battery is charged.
- Ensure all connections are secure.
- Verify the power button is pressed correctly.
6.2 Motor Not Engaging
- Ensure the throttle is fully engaged.
- Check the speed mode setting; start with a lower speed.
6.3 Braking Issues
- Inspect the brake lever and cable for damage or looseness.
- Ensure the drum brake mechanism is clean and free of obstructions.
