VanSmaGo Galaxy Projector (Model: Star Projector-01) Instruction Manual

Your guide to setting up and operating your planetarium star projector.

1. Introduction

The VanSmaGo Galaxy Projector is designed to project various celestial scenes onto walls or ceilings. It features 13 different display scenarios, a 360° rotatable projection, and a timer function for automatic shutdown. 3. Setup

  1. Power Connection: Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the projector and a suitable power adapter (not included).
  2. Film Disc Insertion: The projector comes with 13 film discs, one of which is pre-inserted. To change a disc, gently pull out the disc tray from the side of the projector. Place the desired film disc into the tray, ensuring the flat side of the film faces up. Slide the tray back into the projector until it clicks into place.

4. Operating Instructions

Once powered on, use the buttons on the projector to control its functions:

  • Power Button: Press to turn the projector on or off.
  • Timer Button: Cycle through 1-hour, 2-hour, or 4-hour (default) automatic shutdown settings.
  • Rotation Button: Activate or deactivate the 360° rotation of the projected image.
  • Focus Adjustment: Rotate the knob on the top of the projector to adjust the clarity and sharpness of the projected image. This is crucial for optimal viewing, especially at different projection distances.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the projector. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Film Discs: Handle film discs by their edges to avoid fingerprints or scratches. Store them in their protective cases when not in use. Replace film discs only when the device is turned off.
  • Storage: Store the projector in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting
