6. Maintenance and Care

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your vacuum cleaner.

6.1 Cleaning the Filter

  • Cartridge Filter: After dry vacuuming, tap the cartridge filter gently to dislodge dust. For thorough cleaning, the filter can be rinsed under running water. Ensure it is completely dry before re-installing for dry vacuuming.
  • Fleece Filter Bag: Replace the fleece filter bag when it is full or suction power decreases significantly during dry vacuuming. Do not attempt to wash or reuse fleece filter bags.

6.2 Emptying the Container

  • Dry Debris: Unclip the head of the vacuum cleaner and carefully lift it off. Remove the fleece filter bag (if used) and dispose of its contents. Empty any remaining dry debris from the container.
  • Liquids: After wet vacuuming, unclip the head and carefully pour out the collected liquid. Rinse the container with clean water and allow it to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.

6.3 Storage

Store the vacuum cleaner in a dry, frost-free place, out of reach of children. Ensure the container is empty and clean, and the filter is dry before storage.
