Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Bright Starts Playful Paradise Portable Swing.
Step 1: Unfold the Frame
Carefully unfold the swing frame until it locks into the open position. Ensure all legs are securely extended and stable on a flat surface.

Step 2: Attach the Seat Pad
Align the seat pad with the frame and secure it according to the fabric loops and attachments. Ensure the 5-point harness is correctly positioned.

Step 3: Install Batteries
Locate the battery compartment, typically on the control unit. Insert 4 C batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
Step 4: Attach the Toy Bar
Insert the toy bar into the designated slots on the swing frame until it clicks into place. The toy bar is designed to be easily removable for child access.

Power On/Off
Press the power button (usually indicated by a circle with a vertical line) to turn the swing on or off.
Adjusting Swing Speed
The swing features TrueSpeed technology with 6 speed settings. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel to increase or decrease the swing speed. The speed indicator lights will show the current setting.

Music and Sounds
Press the music note button to cycle through 10 cheerful melodies. Use the volume buttons (often integrated with speed controls or separate) to adjust the sound level. The WhisperQuiet technology ensures minimal motor noise.
Timer Function
Activate the timer function by pressing the clock icon button. This allows you to set the swing to operate for a predetermined duration.
Recline Positions
The seat offers 2 recline positions for your baby's comfort. Adjust the recline by locating the recline mechanism, usually on the sides or underneath the seat, and following the instructions for adjustment.

Care and Maintenance

- Seat Pad: The seat pad is machine washable. Use cold water, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low.
