Maintenance
- To clean the clock, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Keep the device away from water and high humidity.
- Avoid exposing the clock to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
- If the backup battery needs replacement, ensure to use a CR2032 type battery.
Troubleshooting
Display is too bright or too dim:
Adjust the DIMMER slider on the back panel. While the brightness is continuously adjustable, some users may find the minimum brightness still too high for a dark bedroom.
Clock loses time or settings during a power outage:
Ensure the CR2032 backup battery is correctly installed and functional. The backup battery preserves settings but does not power the display or alarm during an outage. If the battery is old or depleted, replace it.
Alarm does not sound:
- Check if the alarm is activated using the AL. ON/OFF button. An indicator should be visible on the display.
- Ensure the VOLUME slider is not set to "LOW" or minimum.
- Verify that the alarm time is set correctly.
USB charging port not working:
Ensure the alarm clock is properly connected to a power source. The USB port requires the clock to be powered. Check the charging cable of your device.
