2. Safety Information

• Compatibility: This light kit is suitable for vehicles with 5-wire tail light systems only (with turn signals and brake light separated). It will not function correctly with 4-wire tail light systems (e.g., some 2005 Nissan Frontier 4x4 nismo, 2001 Ford F550), where the brake light may illuminate in amber instead of red. Always double-check your trailer wiring plug connector before installation.
• Secure Mounting: The lights come with strong magnets for quick attachment. Ensure the magnets are fully attached to a clean, flat metal surface on your vehicle or trailer to prevent detachment during travel, especially on bumpy roads.
• Electrical Connection: Ensure the 7-pin plug is securely inserted into your towing vehicle's existing 7-way trailer plug. Improper connection can lead to malfunction.
