Maintenance

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Cause / Solution
Display is blank.Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to a power source. Check if the display brightness is set to OFF (press SNOOZE/LIGHT button to adjust).
Projected time is upside down or reversed. The projector is designed to project backward from the clock. If you are projecting forward (e.g., from a nightstand to a wall in front of the clock), the numbers will appear reversed. Adjust the clock's position so the projection is directed towards the back (e.g., towards the ceiling above the clock). The projection lens can be rotated 180° to adjust the angle, but not the orientation of the numbers themselves relative to the clock's front.
Alarm does not sound.Ensure the alarm is set correctly and the volume is not muted (if applicable). Check the alarm mode (1-5, 1-6, 1-7) to ensure it's set for the desired days.
Time is inaccurate.Reset the time following the "Setting Time" instructions. If the issue persists, ensure a stable power supply.
USB charging port not working.Ensure the clock is powered via the USB cable. The charging port requires the clock to be actively powered. Check the connected device's charging cable.
