3.2 Wall-Mounted Installation
For a more permanent fixture, use the provided mounting hardware to attach the lights to a wall or solid surface.
- Mark Drill Points: Hold the mounting bracket against the desired wall location and mark the two drill points.
- Drill Holes: Use a drill to create two holes at the marked points.
- Insert Screw Slots: Insert the provided screw slots (wall anchors) into the drilled holes.
- Secure Bracket: Place the mounting bracket over the screw slots and insert the screws, tightening them to secure the bracket.
- Attach Light: Slide the solar light onto the secured mounting bracket until it clicks into place.

Recommended Height: For optimal motion sensor performance, install the lights at a height between 4.92 feet and 8.2 feet (1.5m - 2.5m).
4. Operating Instructions
The solar light features a single button to cycle through its four operating modes. The light automatically charges during the day and activates its selected mode at night.
4.1 Mode Selection
- Press 1 Time (Mode 1 - Dim-to-Bright Sensor Mode): The light will be dim at night. When motion is detected within 10-16 feet and a 125° angle, it will switch to high brightness for 15 seconds, then return to dim.
- Press 2 Times (Mode 2 - Off-to-Bright Sensor Mode): The light will remain off at night. When motion is detected within 10-16 feet and a 125° angle, it will turn on at high brightness for 15 seconds, then turn off.
- Press 3 Times (Mode 3 - Always Bright Mode): The light will stay constantly bright at night, activated by the smart light sensor.
- Press 4 Times (Mode 4 - Smart Energy Save Mode): The light will remain constantly dim at night, providing continuous low-level illumination.
- Press 5 Times: Turns the light off.

4.2 Charging
The light primarily charges via its integrated solar panel. Ensure the solar panel is exposed to direct sunlight for 6-8 hours for a full charge, which typically provides 10-12 hours of continuous illumination. If sunlight is insufficient, the light can also be charged via a USB cable (included).

5. Maintenance
- Clean Solar Panel: Regularly wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures maximum sunlight absorption and charging efficiency.
- Optimal Placement: Periodically check that the light's placement still allows for optimal direct sunlight exposure, especially after seasonal changes or new foliage growth.
- Battery Care: If storing the light for an extended period, ensure it is fully charged before storage and recharge it every few months to maintain battery health.
6. Troubleshooting
- Light Does Not Turn On at Night:
- Ensure the solar panel is clean and receiving at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily.
- Verify the light is not in the "Off" mode (press the button to cycle through modes).
- Check if the ambient light sensor is obstructed, preventing it from detecting darkness.
- If issues persist, try charging via USB to confirm battery functionality.
- Motion Sensor Not Activating:
- Ensure the light is set to Mode 1 or Mode 2.
- Confirm there are no obstructions blocking the sensor's field of view.
- Check the installation height; optimal range is 4.92ft – 8.2ft.
- Test the sensor by moving within its detection range (10-16ft, 125° angle).
- Light Brightness is Low or Short-Lived:
- Insufficient solar charging due to cloudy weather, shade, or dirty panel.
- The battery may not be fully charged. Allow for a full day of direct sunlight charging or use USB charging.
- Ensure the light is not in Mode 4 (Smart Energy Save Mode) if higher brightness is desired.
