Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your FLEXISPOT Q2L desk. It is recommended to have two people for assembly due to the weight of the components.

- Assemble Desk Frame: Attach the desk legs to the crossbars according to the provided diagrams. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
- Attach Desktop: Place the L-shaped desktop sections onto the assembled frame. Align the desktop with the frame. Note: The desktop may not have pre-drilled holes for the frame. Carefully mark and drill pilot holes if necessary, ensuring not to drill through the desktop surface. Secure the desktop to the frame using the provided screws. The L-shape can be configured for either left or right orientation.
- Install Control Box and Motors: Mount the control box and connect the motor cables and control panel cable as per the wiring diagram. Ensure all cables are neatly managed to avoid interference with desk movement.
- Install Monitor Stand: The monitor stand is clamp-type. Simply position it on the desktop where desired and secure it by tightening the clamps. It can be easily removed or repositioned.
Operating Instructions
Height Adjustment
The FLEXISPOT Q2L desk features stepless height adjustment, allowing you to smoothly transition between sitting and standing positions. The lifting range is from 72 cm (28.3 inches) to 121 cm (47.2 inches).
- To Raise: Press and hold the 'Up' button (▲) on the control panel until the desired height is reached.
- To Lower: Press and hold the 'Down' button (▼) on the control panel until the desired height is reached.
Memory Function
The control panel includes a memory function to save your preferred sitting and standing heights for quick adjustments.
- To Save a Height: Adjust the desk to your desired height. Press the 'M' button, then press one of the numbered preset buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) within 3 seconds. The LED display will show 'S-' followed by the number, indicating the height is saved.
- To Recall a Saved Height: Simply press the corresponding numbered preset button (1, 2, 3, or 4). The desk will automatically move to the saved height.
