2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

Before first use, wash all removable parts (jars, lids, blades) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

  1. Place the Motor Base: Position the main blender unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure it is away from heat sources and water.
  2. Assemble the Blending Jar: Place the desired blending jar (1.5L heating jar or 700ml vessel) onto the motor base. Align the jar with the base and twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  3. Add Ingredients: Place your ingredients into the blending jar. Do not exceed the maximum fill line indicated on the jar.
  4. Secure the Lid: Place the lid onto the blending jar and twist clockwise until it is firmly sealed. Ensure the lid's vacuum valve (if applicable) is closed or ready for vacuuming.
  5. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The control panel should illuminate.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 General Blending

  1. Prepare the blender as described in the Setup section.
  2. Select your desired blending speed or program using the deluxe control panel. The panel offers various settings for different food types.
  3. Press the START/STOP button to begin blending.
  4. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Press START/STOP again to stop, then unplug the appliance before removing the jar.

5.2 Vacuum Blending

Vacuum blending removes air from the jar before blending, which can help preserve nutrients and reduce oxidation.

  1. Prepare the blender with ingredients and secure the lid. Ensure the vacuum valve on the lid is open or accessible.
  2. Attach the detachable vacuum pump to the vacuum valve on the lid.
  3. Activate the vacuum pump (refer to pump instructions if separate). The pump will remove air from the jar.
  4. Once the vacuum is established (the pump may stop automatically or indicate completion), remove the vacuum pump.
  5. Select your blending program on the main unit and start blending.
  6. After blending, release the vacuum by opening the valve on the lid before removing it.

5.3 Heating Function (1.5L Heating Jar only)

The 1.5L Tritan Heating Jar allows you to heat ingredients directly in the blender.

  1. Place ingredients into the 1.5L heating jar. Ensure the jar is securely attached to the motor base and the lid is closed.
  2. Select the desired heating program or temperature setting on the control panel.
  3. Press the START/STOP button. The blender will begin heating and may stir periodically.
  4. Monitor the heating process. The appliance may have an automatic shut-off or a timer.
  5. Once heating is complete, carefully remove the lid and pour out the contents. Use oven mitts if the jar is hot.

5.4 Using the Detachable Vacuum Pump for Food Preservation

The vacuum pump can also be used with compatible vacuum containers and bags to preserve food.

  1. Place food into a compatible vacuum container or bag.
  2. Close the container lid or seal the bag, ensuring the vacuum port is accessible.
  3. Connect the vacuum hose from the detachable vacuum pump to the vacuum port on the container/bag.
  4. Activate the vacuum pump. It will remove air until a vacuum seal is achieved.
  5. Once sealed, remove the vacuum pump and store the food.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

6.1 Cleaning the Motor Base
