2. Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, please observe the following safety precautions:

• Always unplug the fan before cleaning, disassembling, or moving it.
• Do not operate the fan with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord or plug is damaged, contact Dreo customer support.
• Keep the fan away from water or other liquids. Do not use in wet or damp environments.

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the fan and all accessories from the packaging. Keep the packaging materials for future storage or transport if needed.

4.2 Placement

Place the fan on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the fan for optimal airflow, especially for the oscillation function. Avoid placing it directly against walls or furniture that could obstruct the air intake or output.

4.3 Power Connection

Plug the power cord into a standard AC 220-240V 50Hz electrical outlet. The fan is now ready for operation.

5. Operation

5.1 Control Panel and Remote Control

The fan can be operated using the control panel on top of the unit or the included remote control. The control panel features a digital display and touch-sensitive buttons.

5.2 Power On/Off

• Press the Power Button (symbol: circle with vertical line) on the control panel or remote to turn the fan ON or OFF.

5.3 Speed Settings

The fan offers 4 speed settings, from gentle breeze to powerful airflow.

• Press the Speed Button (symbol: fan blades) to cycle through speeds 1, 2, 3, and 4.

5.4 Modes

Select from 4 distinct modes to suit your comfort needs:

• Press the Mode Button (symbol: leaf or 'M') to switch between modes.
• Normal Mode: Provides constant airflow at the selected speed.
• Natural Mode: Simulates natural breezes by varying fan speed.
• Sleep Mode: Operates at a lower, quieter speed with the display automatically dimming or turning off for undisturbed sleep.
• Auto Mode: Adjusts fan speed automatically based on the ambient room temperature.

5.5 Oscillation

The fan features a 90° oscillation function to distribute air across a wider area.

• Press the Oscillation Button (symbol: two curved arrows) to start or stop the oscillation.

5.6 Timer Function

Set the fan to automatically turn off after a specified period, up to 8 hours.

• Press the Timer Button (symbol: clock) repeatedly to set the desired shut-off time in 1-hour increments. The display will show the set time.
• To cancel the timer, cycle through the times until "0H" is displayed, or turn the fan off.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning helps maintain the fan's performance and extends its lifespan.

6.1 Cleaning the Fan

Important: Always unplug the fan from the power outlet before cleaning.

• Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces of the fan.
• To clean the internal components and impeller, carefully remove the rear grille.
• The impeller wheel can be removed for thorough cleaning. Wash it with mild soap and water, then dry completely before reassembling.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents as they may damage the fan's surface.
